1. About this website

This is the public 506FRESH website. It presents harvests marketed with Chiriquí growers, supports buyer inquiries and lets growers propose harvests or growing capacity for Panama’s domestic market. These terms describe use of the website and its informational tools.

Contact us at contacto@506fresh.lat. These terms do not replace commercial agreements made directly with our team or govern separate administrative systems.

2. Catalog and availability

The catalog introduces products and helps you prepare an inquiry. A listing does not confirm stock, current planting, pricing, minimum quantities or delivery dates. Before purchasing, confirm variety, color, presentation, quantity, availability and terms with the team.

Images are visual references. The green chino pepper listing uses an edited grower-supplied sample; the red version is a color illustration based on that sample. Other illustrative and general images are identified in the catalog. Each harvest’s appearance may vary.

3. Enquiries, assistant and drafts

The catalog and grower forms prepare a browser draft for you to send using your email app. Preparing, downloading or opening a draft does not establish that it was sent or received.

The assistant has a separate form: review your details and consent before selecting Confirm and send inquiry. A receipt reference appears only after the enquiry has been stored privately. An email notification to contacto@506fresh.lat is queued; an email failure does not erase the record. The reference does not prove inbox delivery.

AI answers are guidance and may contain errors. Chat does not set prices, confirm stock, reserve harvests, process payments or enter contracts. Chatting does not send an email; submission requires your confirmation in the form. Commercial terms are confirmed by the team.

4. Purchases, contract farming and growers

Purchases and farming programs require confirmation of scope and terms with the team. Pricing, payments, quality, quantities, delivery and responsibilities are agreed for each transaction. The website does not reserve harvests or growing capacity.

506FRESH coordinates contract farming proposals between growers and buyers, subject to assessment of the crop, schedule and farm capacity. Submitting a harvest through the Growers page starts an assessment; it does not guarantee purchase, acceptance, retail placement or a price. Any collaboration requires a later agreement.

5. Responsible use

Provide relevant, accurate information and only share another person’s details if you have authority to do so. Do not include passwords, banking details, identity documents or sensitive information in inquiries.

Do not impersonate others, submit malicious content, disrupt the website or access systems or data without authorization. Use links and forms for the purposes described on the website.

6. Content and external services

The brand, text, photographs and other website resources are subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. You may browse and share links. For commercial reuse, or reuse not permitted by law or the applicable license, obtain the relevant authorization.

WhatsApp links open an external conversation with 506FRESH at +507 6022-0168. Review and send the message there; opening a link does not send it or confirm a purchase. Website form fields are not automatically included in the link.

Opening your email app or an external link takes you to a service with its own terms and privacy practices. A reference or link does not imply a commercial partnership. Downloaded files remain under your control on your device.

7. Information, privacy and your rights

We aim to keep information clear and current. Content may need correction and the website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Please tell us about errors so we can review them.

Our Privacy policy explains data handling. These terms are interpreted under applicable Panamanian law and do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liabilities imposed by law.

8. Changes and contact
