Privacy policy

1. Scope and contact

506FRESH handles commercial enquiries from David, Chiriquí, Panama. Contact contacto@506fresh.lat for privacy requests. This notice covers the public website, its assistant and contact tools.

2. Information you use and share

After you agree, Cloudflare Workers AI processes your question and up to three previous questions. Questions are not saved in application logs. Do not enter passwords, identity documents, banking details or sensitive information. The filter cannot guarantee detection of all personal information you type.

The separate form may collect name, email, optional phone, business or farm, enquiry type, product, quantity, location, date and need. You review these before submission. These form fields are not sent to the AI model. Traditional drafts stay in browser memory until you choose to open email or download them.

3. How information is used

We use your confirmed enquiry to handle your request and contact you. We store an encrypted copy, reference, consent version and notification status. The email to contacto@506fresh.lat contains your reviewed details, not the full chat history. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising campaigns.

4. Cookies, browsing and technical logs

An essential assistant session cookie starts when you make a request, protects against cross-site submissions and is not used for advertising. Usage limits retain a daily-changing IP-derived identifier, not the original IP in the assistant database. Hosting may maintain its own technical logs.

Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent. It measures pages, assistant openings, contact actions and saved enquiries; an event does not confirm a sale or email delivery. We do not send names, phones, emails, conversations or private URL parameters. Advertising options stay off. The consent choice and analytics cookies have a configured maximum lifetime of 180 days; withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. We respect GPC and Do Not Track.

Opening WhatsApp or your email app uses services with their own privacy practices. Links do not send messages automatically.

5. Who can access information

Authorized 506FRESH staff can access enquiries to respond. Hosting stores form data; Cloudflare processes AI questions; Spacemail transports email notifications; Google processes analytics after consent. These providers may process information outside Panama under their terms. AI has no access to the mailbox, stored enquiries, passwords or administrative systems.

6. Retention and security

The application encrypts stored enquiries and applies access controls, validation and usage limits. Delivered emails rely on the email provider’s protections and are outside the assistant database encryption. Conversation text stays temporarily in the tab and is lost when it is closed or reloaded.

Enquiries are retained as needed for handling and reviewed periodically. Request access, correction or deletion at contacto@506fresh.lat; we will verify the request and applicable retention obligations. Mail and backups are considered separately. Security measures do not eliminate every risk.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent for processing based on it. Write to contacto@506fresh.lat with the subject “Privacy”, describe your request and tell us how to reply. We will request only proportionate information needed to verify your identity and locate your data.

Requests will be handled according to applicable legal requirements and time limits. You may also contact Panama’s National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI), the competent authority for personal data protection.

8. Updates to this notice

The review date appears at the start of this page. If we add automatic submissions, analytics or other functions that change data handling, we will update this notice and provide the relevant information and choices before applying new uses. Contact contacto@506fresh.lat with questions.
